What for. You could turbo it and it'd be faster. And cheaper.

well for 1 thing all i have is a sohc non-vtec engine im gonna get an engine swap anyway plus if i put a turbo on a 2.2 dohc vtec i will get a lot more out of it and it will be a whole lot faster.

You won't have to extend the front end. If you're building anything other than a drag car you would probably be better of with a B series engine. I suggest you research your options before you decide on anything.

Swap a SOHC VTEC and turbo that bad boy for the same price and better handling.

It's not going to handle as nice as it would if it were a B series motor. I would swap in at least a built GSR motor. Would be cheaper and more bang for the buck.

Jotech in Garland, TX does the swap for $8500, too much in my opinion.
