Swapping mirrors
Is it possible to disassemble the glass from jdm EK civic mirrors? How difficult is it?
I was wondering because I have a set of donor mirrors from some replica LHD mirrors.

The mirrors are held on by adhesive. Just be very careful when removing them.
If they break, just take the housings to a glass shop. They can make good fitting copies and even make concave mirrors for your passenger side mirror.

Here are my replica LHD mirrors:

Anyone attempted to disassemble the glass on the USDM and JDM sets?

I got them from Autodynamic. They are OEM quality, and I highly recommend them.

Nope, none is needed. If your car has power mirrors from the factory, then the oem harness plugs directly into the replica mirrors. Everything is plug n play.
On the glass, if the replica glass is a little different and doesn't fit, any glass shop can cut you the appropriate size glass and concave the passenger side Like I said before. It'd be hella cheap, and a viable option if your replica mirror glass doesn't fit right.
