my 2000 coupe ex has a d16z6 i know its the wrong choice but i aint rich i just want a realiable ride...i have a jdm p08 ecu so its obd1 but ive been having so monay problems with it!!! First of all it runs like crap...but second of all my alternator went out i replaced it and the battery but i still cant get the alternator to jump over because once i disconnect the negative side of the batterry it turns off the motor wtf!!! ive gone threw 2 alternators one was used and the other was brand new!!! What can be wrong i have no short in my car or i think but doesnt the alternator run direct with the batterry??? Help me out...
