Default battery/fuse/wire problem???

Okay..so a friend and I attempted to install my audio system (cd deck, subwoofer and amp) Well we got the deck installed then attempted to hook up the sub and amp and we were unsuccessful bc we couldnt figure out where to wire the blue wire from the amp to the back of the deck. In the process we did something to cause my deck to no longer turn on. It only works when its touching the battery directly. And on top of that!....the operations that occur when the car is off no longer work i.e. my car does not notify me when my keys are still in the ignition when the car is off, or when the dome light is on, my locks no longer unlock when i turn off my car. Sooooo....we're clueless!!!

Please help!
