Default Quafie LSD

Me and a friend of mine have been debating weather you can put the same diferental into a GSR (Y80) tranny and a 00 Si tranny (S4c). All help is greatly appericated and yes I did a search but found little or nothing thanks.

What i understand is that you cant because the casing and bearing placement is different. Im not 100% sure. Im PM a dealer and hope he comes in and says something.

You CAN. You just have to use a b16 ring gear on the b16 and the gsr ring gear on the gsr quaife. The bearings are different, but the cases can be made to accept either a sealed or tapper bearing.
