Default JDM D15B Sporting B16 Goods?

I heard from the guy that I bought this motor off of that I can make approximately 160HP out of my D15B by using a B16 distributor and ECU. Is this true? If so, I'm hopping on that. Just wondering how true this is.

The funniest part about this is that I know nothing about the JDM D15B. Hell most people I talk to say "do you mean a D15B2? I never knew Honda made a 1.5 VTEC." I didn't really believe it, I just said that I heard it and wondered if it was true. I didn't think there was much truth there. Just another douche trying to sell me a motor. Oh well, guess the next step is ITB's and head work. Or I MIGHT just build a D15B turbo. It's still up in the air. Hell I need to finish the body work and paint first!!!

I hope you didnt buy that monster stage 3 clutch cuz someone told you that your naturally aspirated 1.5 litre SOHC vtec mill is going to produce the 250 foot pounds it needs to overwhelm a stage 1, and clearly over the 350 that stage 2's take.

No sir, I bought it because I got a killer deal on it and the flywheel from one of my friends that bought it for his H22 turbo monster and decided he wanted to run a lightened flywheel and already had a decent clutch. I got the clutch because I was planning originally to turbo the hell out of the D15 and build it for full race. But plans went down the drain when I got married. That's what having a $20,000 wedding will do to you and your so called "plans". Then the house set me back another $57,000. So you can imagine that there are plenty of to do's on the list but just no bankroll to back them up.

honda makes 2 of them actually.

D15z1, and D15b(jdm).

the D15b is closer to a D16z6 while the D15z1 is out of the VX, and gives great gas mileage. lol I miss my hatch. gas prices taking it's toll.

You know something funny. Beaver County has the all time lowest cost for housing in the US right now. I don't know why but that is actually what I paid including all of the repairs I did to the house up to now. It's a 1/3rd acre lot with a single stall garage and a three bedroom two storey house. Believe me or not, I actually paid $32,000 for the house and property. It's in a really nice neighborhood and structurally, there was nothing wrong with it. The roof needed to be replaced and the wiring needed updated. Other than that, the only things that needed to be repaired was just bringing the house to the 21st century. The house was built in 1960 so it was all ****-and-tube wiring and wood panelling. You can hate if you want but it's really nice.
Besides, why is everyone jumping on me just because some ***** said some stupid **** that isn't true? So I asked if it was..big deal. So jump on me and ride my *** because I asked a question. I'm an ASE certified mechanic...ON DOMESTIC CARS. I figured I came to the right place to ask questions. Not to get attacked everytime I ask a stupid question. We all do at some point. I know a small amount about Hondas and since you all have experience with them, I figured I'd ask. But thank you to those who didn't answer with some kind of smart *** comment.
Also, to post a retort to some dickcheese saying that I need slapped for believing it, I never believed it, I was going to buy the engine reguardless. My D15B2 block was warped. For the same cost as boring and putting larger pistons in it, I bought the D15B with 32,400 miles on it. That is why I was asking if it was true. I never said that I believed anything about what this douche bag told me. If he was lying who gives a ****, I got the engine from him and that's all that mattered to me. That being said, I'll post a couple of pics just for the haters.
