How much exactly is 1 Bar? 14.5, 14.7?

I was wondering exactly how much 1 bar is. Is it 14.5 or 14.7?

Some people say its 14.5, others say its 14.7.

1 bar = 14.5 psi
kg/cm2 = 14.2 psi
atmospheric pressure = 14.7 psi
