VAFC tuning in Orlando
I was wondering if anyone knows a really good place to install and tune my vafc. I live in Orlando, like 5 minuites away from Universal Studios. So any help would be appreciated on this.
Also just fyi, my setup is an aem cai and comptech headers, should i wait and get other mods before i install my vafc? i heard it might be a waste to install it since it might not help at all (some people told me this).

Well the install is pretty straight forward. Here is a link for a how to install the VAFC.

Hope that helps man...peace
Oh yeah you might want to get an fpr and gauge, cam gears, and exhaust and then tune. You'd probably get more out of the tuning with those extras.

Yeah i have thought about installing it myself, it looks really easy just i dont know about the initial setup? is evertying set at stock? i would assume the fuel/air ratio is but as far as vtec is.. i've heard so many different things about when it activates.. i've heard 4400rpm and 4500rpm plus dont you have to set lo-hi and hi-lo on it? i'm just afraid of messing it up

Hey there, I also live about 5 minutes from Universal Studios. Not sure where a good place to have it installed is, I would just do it yourself. And it will not be very beneficial to you at all with just those mods. You really only need it when you want to adjust your vtec points and A/F ratio, and you really only need to do that when you atleast have more aggressive cams and adjustable cam gears. Just some info for ya. So if I were you, I would just hang on to until you get more mods, like I am going to do. Maybe I'll see you around. Me and my buddy live around the same place(Metrowest area), we both drive 99 Taffeta white GSRs. We are very knowledgeable of our cars, do all our work on them ourselves, we drive around the area quite frequently, especially on the weekends, maybe we'll see you around. Email or IM me if you might want to meet up with us sometime. C-ya.

By the way, I also have a new complete black OEM underbody spoiler kit for sale(for 98+ Integras), as well as just another front lip (ITR) spoiler in black. Is your car Flamenco Black Pearl? Let me know if you are interested, I would love to sell it locally vs having to arrange shipping. Someone else locally is going to buy one of these, but neither is sold for sure right now so I am still taking offers. They are brand new in Honda boxes with all included hardware, Let me know. You can check out my post in the Classifieds regarding this.
haha how much are you selling them for? yeah my car is flamenco black pearl. I've been looking for that kit for a long time and i wish i saw this yesterday. i just wasted ALL my money so i have like 20 dollars to my name atm.

Well, you can check out my post in the classifieds forum to see more about this, but because of demand, the lips are going for about $200 and the complete kit is going for around $500. You would not have to pay for shipping though, or have to pay to have it painted to your color either as it is already FBP. All are brand new in Honda boxes with all included hardware. Let me know. That sucks you just spent all your money and had been looking for the kit for a while, you should check the classified here at h-t.com more often. Let me know soon, I have many inquiries on these items. C-ya 'round.

Thats cool, I still have it now, but you are right, I probably wont have it for too much longer, just let me know if you happen to change your mind soon, I would prefer to sell it locally to avoid shipping hassles, c-ya 'round.
