after installing a dc 1pc header stainless brushed onto my 05 rsx-s. got a check light. the dc header has straight pipe with no cat. my two o2 sensor is plug up also. is this normal if there is no cat convert.

 

you need to add a defouler to it to get the o2 sensor out of the exhaust flow so it wont do that .. for right now it is normal.. but get on clubrsx.com look up defouler and buy one./.. they sell them on there from certain people in the FS forums or you can go to ricer zone or advanced auto parts or wherever.. and look up the brand help.. and get two spark defoulers drill tru the one and screw it on.. then atach the second on on top of that and then insert your 02,... and no more dash light

 

if that check light's on and that's normal meaning that there won't be any affect to the engine? if it doesnt do any damage or weaken the engine then i shouldnt worry, but if so, then i would lookin into the defouler you are talking about. thanks for the advice bro.
