Default Battery Tray

Just looking for some advice on removing the battery tray. The bolts are stripped could anyone share some ideas to get them out. I tried using bolt extractor sockets but no luck. Any ideas?

Did you try airtools with the extractor sockets? Did you use the smallest socket that you could?

I didn't use airtools but the extractor sockets aren't seating either to small or to large. Tomorrow I am going to see if I can get a drill and drill them out.

Are you able to hammer any of the smaller sockets on?

Ya, I had the same problem with a couple bolts nuts on my exhaust manifold and put on a 13mm instead of a 14 and hammered it on good after soaking it in penetrating oil. Worked great. Try and leave drilling out the bolts as a last resort. You run the risk of damaging the threads on you car which makes it a pain to put your new bolts in. Ah yes, gotta love cross-threading .

heat them up with torch. It will heat up and undo them right after they heat up and get red/orange.
