Default H22A4 Normal compression rating ?

I can't find a normal compression rating for my engine. It's an H22A4, with 119,000km on it. I bought a compression tester and got these results:

Cylinders:
1: 212psi
2: 210psi
3: 211psi
4: 210psi

I know they are in good range of each other, but is that compression good? What's normal, 200psi, 175psi, 250psi?

help

Excuse me, forgot to mention, those results are not at WOT. I forgot to do it while I was testing. (n00b)

Haha

Great, I'll redo the test with WOT. But when should I worry about carbon buildup? I heard that if the numbers are realy high it means there's corbon build up.
