Default Need help with tranny. Don't understand. Need new tranny!!!! HELP

Here is my delema. I have a 1997 Honda Civic CX HB. It has a jackson Racing SUpercharger on it and its a auto, yes i know, why? lol. It came this was from the person I bought it from. Now, my problem is that my tranny gave out on me yesterday, so I know need a new one. I would love a 5 speed but thats to much work at the moment. I was wondering what kind of tranny I should get, must be auto. I could get just a replacement stock one but that wouldnt make sense since I am running a supercharger. So please I would love some help with this. Thanks!

I dont think the jrsc makes a difference manual or auto. I think it should be fine putting a stock auto tranny back in. I could be wrong. The gears itself should be fine, just a matter of whether or not the torque thingy on the automatic will be able to handle it. If no one here can give you a 100% answer here, just call JR. THey have or used to have good customer service and should be able to tell you for sure.
