Default code 15 after changing ignition switch

My car has been getting bad mpg since I changed the ignition switch (6 weeks). The mechanic said the switch contacts had worn. I have been getting bad mpg ever since. The ecu throws code 15 and code 13.

I drove the car thrice while holding the key in the start position when the switch was not working (my mistake) but the starter is running fine. Could this be the ignitor or something else?

Also, there is motor oil inside the spark plug housing. The wire plugs are drenched in oil. Is this a bad sign?

Oil in the spark plug tubes means you need a valve cover gasket Kit
