How is your clutch pedal

Default How is your clutch pedal

i have a eg civic and ever since i own it, i have never replaced the clutch,
whenever i step on the clutch pedal, i wont feel any pressure for the first half inch.
does this happen to you guys too?

check the CMC (clutch master cylinder)
or bleed the clutch if you're so concerned. i don't see it being too big of a problem. a little play isn't bad.

First thing i would is bleed the clutch. If it still persist then try adjusting your clutch pedal bro. There is a bolt on the clutch master cylinder on the inside of your car. Look under the dash towards the firewall...you can't miss it, it connects with your clutch pedal.

i believe there is a DIY on this

Dont quote me on this, but I've heard that it is normal for the first 1/4'' - 1/2'' to be "loose" and have no pressure.

I have an Exedy Organic Racing Clutch, and mine is just like that.

no need or reason to start bleeding the clutch lines or checking the master cylinder... Geez, some up you people really jump the gun don't you?
