My rain channel moldings seem cracked and weathered also. By the modling on your door do you mean that strip under your window? If thats the case I have heard of people scrapping off that coating and using black trim paint to make them look new, or you can do what im going to do and just purchase new molding pieces from Hondapartsdeals.com or SLhondaparts.com ... but im an OEM ***** so thats my solution

yah the strip under the window, my rain channels are not cracked just faded BAD, I just want everything a nice dark black again to match my pretty blue. I like OEM too but it would be like 300 dollars in mouldings on top of 3500 paint, itr bottom end build for my turbo setup, all that ===========>me now on a BUDGET LOL

You could try vinyl dye or paint.

I think mothers makes a product called "back to black"

I've used several different ways, they all work.

Leather conditioner seems to help too.

Shoe polish, get creative.

Eran posted in a thread and recommended two products to strip/clean the residue and also dye your trim back to black. Hit him up, he knows his **** and has a long list of cleaning products that work.

I've seen that a hair dryer seems to bring back some of the dark coloring. Kiwi Shoe Dye (not the polish) could do much of the same as a trim dye would.

If you want to get rid of th cracked look though, you're going to have to replace them.
