Default Fitting on back of block (not for turbo)?

I forgot its name, but its the black box on the back of the block, it has 2 fittings that come off it, one is the PCV, and the other has a small hose on it. Now the Helms shows that it is supposed to plug into the block somewhere, and on another page it shows a small adapter that screws into the block on one end and the hose attaches to the other end.

What size is this and what is it called? Apparently when my block was built that fitting vanished.

Thanks bro, it had the diagram that I was looking for. Its called the Joint, PCV. It doesnt look like its metal, so it must be plastic, which means that its available at autozone.
