Default Speedometer going cazy !!!

OK heres the deal . I just got the hondata s100 tuned. Well that ecu went out. The tuner gave me another one . Well now my vtec isnt working . At first the ecu was working great. The car also . Now going down the road the speedometer just stops working . when you full throttle it is starts going crazy !! slamming to 120 back to 80 and just bouncing all over the place, I think its the ecu . I have a brand new speed sensor from the dealer. Cluster with only 54k miles. and a new wiring harness. This problem never occured before the s100 was installed. I have been through 2 ecus in the past week. Works great for a day or two and crap starts all over. I think the guy is giving me junk ecus. I dont know . There has to be a reason behind this . I just paid these guys alot of money to build my motor and now the car is giving me problems everyday. EVERYDAY there is something new wrong with the car. Never had this problem and now the guy says that it could be the wiring in the dash . HAHA yeah right . Theres no way . I think he is givig me crap . Also he said it could be the 3 bar map sensor. Thats why I have no vtec. Well the speedo runs the vtec with 4 others.

help !!!!

Sounds like it might be a wiring issue somewhere in the harness. Check the ecu and harness for continuty.
