Default Help: with 5 lug conversion

just finished doing an ITR 5 lug conversion on a 94 civic hatch. the problem that i have is that from 20-60mph the front suspension is very shaky, under 20mph and over 60mph is not as bad but it is still noticable. it kind of shakes like when your wheels aren't balanced.

Im currently using my stock eg front/back lca's, and still using the same omni full coilver and omni camber kit that i was using prior to the upgrade. The height and camber was left untouched and the ITR wheels were balaced prior to installing. The only thing left to do is to take it in for alignment, but just wanted know if anything else could be causing this, i dont want to go and do an alignment more than once.

Thanks in advance for your help

forgot to mention that the problem is worst when i turn the steering wheel to the right.

your alignment is off.
your wheels might be out of balance also. i would check those 2 before doing anything else

Sounds like an axle problem. Did you replace axles or use your original ones? If you replaced possibly the axles or bad. If not double check that the axles are installed properly, fully engaged to tranny and fully engaged to hub. Also that the inner CV joint can thrust in and out.

the wheels were balanced before they were mounted on the car.

i thought it was the axle too, so i replaced the passenger side and the problem is still the same. the drivers side axle is still good. both are installed properly.

last night i replaced the eg front lca's with the ITR ones and added the sway bar. the problem got a little worst now and now it seems as if its worst when i turn the steering wheel to the left.

thanks for your responses
