Default ecu help

i have a chipped p28 and my boy has a 97 civic and he wants to run it in his can i know its an obd2 but they sell a jumper harness on rywire.com to that must mean people swap them out for some reason so i was just wondering is there any benifits of running that in his car

unless the ecu is tuned for HIS engine it will most likely hurt more than anything

his motor is pretty much stock it has a header and cai but he wants to do a turbo and he heard that the p28 is better than his ecu and of course hell get it tuned if he does run the turbo

running the p28 on his engine right now wont do anything. if he wants to buy it, then wait to use it when he's turbo'd then that's another story.
