Default ECU HELP FOR AN F20B

hey just came here for some help.. just wondering on what to do.. just finished dropping an F20B motor into my civic coupe.. Now heres the question , which ecu do I stick with??? I have a p28 where I used an obd1 obd2 converter .. the ecu runs like *** maybe with better tunning I should get another program for the ecu. Since this nonsense occured should I stick with the stock OBD2 PCb 004 ecu that the F20B comes with.. please someone tell me the difference between both ecus because I want to get the max potential from this motor

drive the PCB ecu until you get the p28 chipped and tuned.
