should be more then that, my 95 ls the gvwr is over 3k, i think it was more like around 3400lbs gvwr

solid info. just a lil over 2500. if we weighed over 3000 lbs we'd be slower than a stock 98 civic dx. that's an exaggeration of course... but u get what i'm getting at...

 

its called the sticker on the side of my door, my integra has everything power and abs and moonroof, etc...

 

but i know its lighter then that, but thats what the gvwr is, not the actualy weight so sorry, but even if they are that light then that means mine would be almost 2k, because i did a ton of weight reductions

 

GVWR = gross vehicle weight rating = the total weight that the factory tires, air pressure, and suspension can support when the car is fully loaded with people, luggage, etc.

Curb weight of a GS-R should be around 2590 if I remember the figures I've seen. That might be for a newer GS-R w/ leather seats.

lol you must be looking at the gross weight, not the curb weight. Curb weight of your ls is around 2643 pounds.

Id have to agree, thats a pretty good estimate but again they can vary depending on modifications and stock vehicle options. Last time i weighed my ls-t DC integra with full abs, ps, moonroof, etc. it weighed 2557.

 

Was that with you in it? Full fluids?

Full tank of gas and all other fluids full. No i wasnt in it, i hopped out of the car to take the pic of the meter real quick before i got kicked out, wish i still had it. Did it on a truck weigh in off the freeway lol.

 

We have a truck scale at work, so I snuck the teggy on it last sunday and weighed that bitch! Came in at 2380lbs. without me in it. O yea its a 93 ls. No a/c, spare tire, jack, rear bump support, rear seats, r seat belts, r wiper, cruise, and other misc. brackets and supports that little by little add up. Also, 1/4 tank of gas had a lot to do with it also.
