SOMETIMES the car stalls and SOMETIMES won't start...HELP PLEASE!
The car is a 99 civic LX sedan and it belongs to a friend of mine. The ecu is giving 3 codes: #14 EACV, #17 VSS, and #41 Primary O2 sensor heater. To my knowledge, none of these problems should lead the car to stall when driving or to not start. Also sometimes at about 1500 RPMs the engine gets really shaky. I checked out the distributor and the ignition system and they seem to be in good shape. This one has me stumped. Any ideas?
