Jack the control arm up so there is weight on the ball joint/control arm mating surface. Then crank on that bolt with an impact wrench . You're not really looking for torque here, you're looking for speed.

ok this happened to me last weekend i was desperate wat u need to do is
1 put a jack under the lower control arm and raise it
2. bring a friend and tell him to step on the brake assembly ( basically just try to put presure on the wheel hub and then try to put it back in .u'll c that the screw wont move no more ...remember put pressure and at the same time screw the nut ...hope it helps
oh and if u wantb put some w40 so it could spin better

Take a cut off wheel on a dremil and cut a slot in the end of the bolt so you can stick a flat end screwdriver in it to keep it from spinning. Use a box ended wrench to turn the nut as you hold the bolt with the screwdriver. Torque it down after it's tight and stops spinning. Use a cotter pin.
thanks for all the help last nite i got in i got some w40 and cleand it out really good the screw and the nut after that i didnt even have to put presure on it lol thanks does any one know the torque specs ??
