I know I sound like a total whimp right now, but I am having the worst time getting the steering column cover off of my 91 Accord.

I think there may be a short, which is why it won't start...

And I'm trying to just "pop off" the cover, like you'd assume it would.

But there's something holding it back... I've taken out all screws that I can think of, and I REALLY don't want to take the steering wheel off.

Anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?

did u take all the bolts off and just wiggle it around give me a sec and ill go look at mine and let you know
