92 hatch, this leak is driving me crazy!!!
Yeah...so i thought it could be my windshield wasnt sealed correctly so i had it resealed and thought that was the end of the probs. Well today i go out and sure enough after a rain, water leaks all over my passenger side carpet. I mean it gets soaked. Any ideas where its coming from?
check the weather strip'in stuff around the door were it seals to the body. my 95 cx did the same thing when i first got. i couldn't figure out where it was coming from. i had to change the door cause of the door handle (thieves!), and that's when i realized it was the rubber around the door. it stopped leaking after i changed the door. unfortunately my driver side still does occasionally, but only under really heavy rain.

my car is doing the same thing 2 i had it for about 3 years and it just started this winter i noticed a frozen pool in the back seat of my eg dx coupe...now every time it rains i get flooded and i gotta whip out the wet vac :S i cant find the leak either.
nah i dont have a rusted floor. if anything it could be that weather stripping. Im going to take it to a local body shop and see if they know anything
Anyone find out exactly where it leaks in the firewall yet? circle it with pics if somone can make it easier for everyone. My 95 has wet carpet exacly where the right passenger foot is.
here a link for 92-95 related problems

Water leak: There may be water leaking into the passenger footwell because of insufficient sealer on the seam at the firewall. Look for rust on the floor pan and run water over the right lower corner of the windshield to watch for water leaks before buying the car. (1992-95)

My 96 CX leaked somewhere in the front passenger area as well I got so pissed off I ripped out the carpet so it wouldnt smell like mildew all the time. Weird thing is after I pulled the carpet it seemed like it didnt leak anymore.
honestly i dunno, the body shop said pull the windshield and have it resealed completely. Im gonna try to seal that seam at the firewall first though and see where that gets me. LOL it sucks smelling that mildew smell everytime i get in after a good rain
Basically all civics in general have leak spots your lucky if your car has never or never does get one.
The major leaks are the coupes seal for the trunk door, hatches seal for the brakelights, hatches front firewall and windshield, coupes also like to leak at the rain gutter in the rear above the passenger side where the gutter meets the rear windshield.

Im going to take my fender off and seal it up today, wasnt the windshield. Ill let everyone know how it turns out. If anyones interested i will take pics
This was happening to me recently. I took off the cover that is at the base of the windsheld. I had to remove the wipers and stuff. There is a hole that leads to the fan of the AC.
Pull back the carpet, and remove the AC components. Then pull out the fan motor. If you slightly pull dwn the lower cover you will see that its a drain for what looks like a radiator. I think for the heater.
That has a tiny little hose in the botton that leads out the firewall. My hose was clogged with leaves and pine needles. Clean it, and put everything back together.
1hr job.
After I cleaned it out I never had a leak again.
I think that might be your problem. Good luck.
