Car fails to start, have it narrowed down.
Today I took my powersteering out ( pump, high pressure line, etc ), and after a few hours of work I go to put everything back together and.... it doesn't start. I go to turn the ignition switch to start the car and all it does it click once. Every time I try and start the car, it's all it does.
The fuel pump primes good, and the battery has 100% charge. The only way I can start it is by pop-starting it w/ the clutch (5 speed). Upon inspection of any loose wires or anything like that, I found this plug:

It goes into the driver side fender. It's the smaller of the two wiring that goes through the fender. And to clarify, it was hanging behind the motor, in between the firewall.
Any thoughts?
Obviously the start comes in mind... but it's never failed to start - always started easily. Only after doing this did it not start. I did kinda tug around on the hose in the rear of the engine in front of the firewall, so something may have came loose. Any ideas? Whenever I pop start it the car runs 100% fine... No issues whatsoever.
I tried tapping the starter while a partner tried starting it, but no go. All fuses are good as well.

Here's an update. I took the blk/white wire out of the starter and tried starting it that way with a jumper wire directly from the positive post off of the battery. It still clicks. Remember, the car will start if I pop start it.
