It's bloody cold here and one of our cars won't start. I tested the battery and it's solid, but the car won't seem to turn over. Is it possible the fuel lines could have frozen? Any suggestions would help a ton, thanks guys!

 

"Won't turn over" means a starter problem. If it's frozen fuel lines the starter would spin the engine but it wouldn't start up.
