i recently purchased a 96 civic and when i turn on the ignition, everything lights up and the fuel pump primes but it does not turn, the starter works because i ran power directly to the signal with a button and it starts the car. when i push start it starts. right now its currently hooked up to a push button. when i try to start it when the key, it sounds like usually when u forget to step on the clutch and try to turn the key. but when i go to start it, theres not even a click at the starter
