You mean besides rebuilding it, balancing the crank, and ditching the P13 in favor of a Hondata system?!?!
I hope youre not just planning to slap an H22 head on an H23 block........
How long do these usually last? Was is 5 or 7 seconds into 1st VTEC?

ofcourse im not trying to just slap on the head im planning to get an h22 crankshaft and rods and also re-honing and sleeving the block as well as high compression pistons (keepin it N/A) so basically i was thinking of using h22 internals will that work or what

i know your just being that smart *** on the 5 to 7 seconds...but why do you ask around with the people that have done it right, they do last if planned out. So go ahead and get your 1 post for a non technical post and be the smart *** for the day....

LudePre1...You can watch the for sale thread like a hawk and get good deals many times, I would also suggest keeping up with the accord forum, many people have h22's in there and don't post FS stuff in other forums. There is a guy here in town that has a complete h22 that droped a valve in No. 3 cylinder, other than that the engine is good and has about 70k miles on it...I consider the deal he is willing to make a steal, if you are interested pm me.

That completely defeats the entire purpose.........You will have a 2.2 liter in an H23A1 block. There nothing Hybrid about that...You will have to use the H23 crank/rods for the 2.3 liter.
