Need Help with My Civic 1.6 Vtec

I got a Civic Vtech 1.6, can i fit a turbo to it without changing the engine, what other performance upgrades could i do that would take real effect?

noob question but i dont blame you, since your not very sure, best off getting a kit. (I.E. Turbo, turbo exhaust manifold, waste gate, intercooler piping, boost controller, blow off valve if nessisary, oil lines) other things you might want to get are injections, Fuel management system and a lot of researching
