Default Using Prologger's Lean-Safe with NepTune RTP quad-stage boost control possible?

I originally got the Prologger for the lean safe feature, which essentially opens up the wastegate if a user defined lean setting occurs to help from popping the motor, but I wanted the boost by gear control of NeptuneRTP with the quad stage controller being that the prologger only has a timed based and single stage controller, which won't be ideal for street driving. So my question is, since I wont be using the prologgers solenoid for the boost controll, is there any way I can still use the lean-safe, because unless there is a way of having two controllers at once I dont see how it would open the gate. If anyone has any insight please chime in, thanks.

Having 2 controllers control the same boost solenoid, or 2 boost solenoids, would create problems with them fighting each other. I would assume you could rig up a relay to the prologger, have it fire a compressed air system into the wg (or however else it would open the wg), and it would work.

I think since you're not using the prologger that much any more, I'd personally sell it, make a circuit that does the same thing as above, and use a sensitive voltage circuit that taps into the wideband, and monitor it over 1psi (hobbs switch).

I might just have to skip the use of the lean safe and just use the Prologger just for A/F and the RTP for the boost controll.

I forget, does the prologger have the capability to send an output signal when the never lean is activated? A power or a ground signal? If so, you can do what you're looking to do.

I was looking through the manual and it does have 2 switched outputs that can be based on air/ fuel (among other things or combination of things... rpm, elapsed time, boost, etc.). Seems like you could make something work using one of these.

I think I am reading it correctly, page 7 of 14 under the sections for use of switched outputs.

So use one of those switched outputs to turn off a relay that's controlling power to the boost controller, resulting in wg pressure when the pro logger goes lean and sends out the signal.

if you really wanted to have the car nose over, you could have it activate a solenoid that dumped all the pressure off the top of the gate so you could get spring pressure rather that whatever your first stage boost controller is set to. just guessing here since i dont know much about what you have going on.
