Default Guys I need some info..

I have a 2000 civic that is wrecked it has a D16y7 engine and an auto tranny that only has 71,100 on it and I have someone that is wanting to purchase the complete drivetrain to do a motor swap. I assume they will also want the wiring harness and computer.
heres my issue... I don't know what it is worth....
Guys this is NOT an advertisement for these items because I really don't want to part the car but if it will make me more money off of it I'll do it. I just really need a good HONEST opion of what it is worth, or what they have been selling for. I don't want to rip anyone off and also don't want to get ripped off myself. any info would be GREATLY appreciated

if your lucky, you could get $1500 for the car depending on where its wrecked.

Well like every other civic I have seen that was wrecked it was hit in the front.

I'm also not looking for a price on the car, just the drive train

Ask $900 and don't let it go for less that $650. it is a single cam non vtec, so they are not worth that much.

and that would be ripping other people off. 650 sounds resonable for the motor tranny, axels, and ecu. ive seen z6's and y8's come with that for 500 for it all. for the wiring harness i would say nothing under $80. it all depends on how many miles it has on all of it.

I agree. $650 sounds like a good starting price especially for a 2000 motor. Are any of the mounts broken as well? Look at the torque mounts and see if they broke. With 71k miles on it I would pay a little more since it would go into my daily driver. The wiring harnes etc would only benefit someone with a 99-00 car since that is obd2b. Give them all. Axles shift linkage etc etc.
