map sensor gone bad????

map sensor gone bad????
wondering what's going on.....
after strating my car (d16a9), it will idle for a while at prox 750 rpm.
after that my check engine light goes on and the idle wil raise to prox 2000 rpm.... after a couple of seconds it wil drop to 250 rpm and than it will shut of.
my ecu gives my the code 5 after my check engine light apears...
what can i do.......
