Uhm, until Dustin returns and gives everyone an explanation to why he seems like he's disappeared I'd stay away from sending them any money. They have tons and tons of customers right now that have orders dating back 7-8 months ago...

Dear Customers,
I regret to inform you guys that I have sold composites fab due to a customer in england defrauded our company for a 5 digit amount and nearly put us out of business because of it. I had to take out a large loan to float me for a little while and I put the business up for sale on Tuesday. I sold the business yesterday and the agreement was that I can not have any open orders. I have to clear out all the orders before I can sell the company. With my loan money I will be refunding all of you that were on the ITR extension pre-sale and the new owners will contact you when they take over to see if you would still like the extension. I believe they will discount it even more for the troubles. I am very very sorry about this but no one could plan for the misfortune that happened to our company. Luckly for you guys we are an honest company and will refund everyone. Refunds will be sent Via a bank money order and sent prority mail with a tracking number. They will start sending next friday because that is when I get my loan funds. Again I hope you understand and I am doing everything I can not to have to close my doors!
Please email me back just to confirm that you did get this email. If you ordered stuff other then the ITR extensions I will be shipping that product to you in the next couple days
I'm still waiting on the refund. I got a comfirmation saying my refund was sent. I asked when they would be available for purchase from the new owner and never got a response. It's def disapointing. I've been waiting for 4 months and now nothing.

no offense to people overseas but this is the soul reason i do not sell to other countries. they fraud to much especially on ebay.

because i've been hearing from ppl that they are getting emails from dustin w/confimation on when to expect their refund by money order.

I haven't heard anything in a while and still no money order. So what I did was call my credit card company up and contest the charges, i'll let them deal with it.

I was waiting on a custom wing from them for over a year and even though they did return my model vis racing wing back to me, they definately were sorta hard to reach at times and say some things that are not entirely acurate. But I guess they were really buisy is what I was hearing.
I hope their business does well, but I don't really support any more.

Yeah well I've had bad expieriences with shops from canada and the us. And multiple people tried to pull scams on me from outside the us place like the phillipines etc.
Bad shops are all around it's just that the ones outside the us you really can't do **** about

no offense taken either dude. seriously i'm so wary of dealing with people overseas, bought expensive stuff from people over H-T but only because of the extensive vouches list

Seen it from people that had to shut down cause of it. Sucks but this is why I don't do it either. A local Honda dealerships lost $30k from a south african bussiness that purchase ton load of OEM parts. 6 months later, Credit card came to be stolen.
