I regret to inform you guys that I have sold composites fab due to a customer in england defrauded our company for a 5 digit amount and nearly put us out of business because of it. I had to take out a large loan to float me for a little while and I put the business up for sale on Tuesday. I sold the business yesterday and the agreement was that I can not have any open orders. I have to clear out all the orders before I can sell the company.
I was in on the pre-order for the carbon itr wing extension and he contacted me with the situation. In his defense he is refunding my money and has been very straight up, but I don't know what's going to happen from here.

WOW!!!!! If this is for real, that sucks big time, to have someone just recieve all the products and in return give nothing. If it was me I would go to there house and get what is rightfully mine.
Carbonall is a good guy! A lil late on my order but when all said and done he made great products.
I hope to see him rebuild bigger and better

you didn't go through what i went through with him. Check out February/March Honda-Tuning, and see what kind of exposure they (Composites Fab) got from me.. and guess what I got, NOTHING, a whole **** load of promises and nothing ever came through. Check out their website, thats my car on the main page in the upper right hand corner.. They used me for exposure, and they got what they wanted without giving anything in return.
So I get this new race car build going, and I think "hey, let me hit up Dustin and give him a chance to redeem himself" being the nice guy that I am. I call him, and by some shining chance of GOD he ACTUALLY answered a call of mine, so we talked on the phone, he apologized for what had happened and gave me the whole runaround about this and that (pretty much a continuation of what went on before.) But he did say that he was going to supply me with a hood for my car and that I would have it in 2 weeks, and then emailed me an invoice for a hood which was dated 4/30/2007, with the total amount that I owed at $0.00. Well, apparently this is right before he decides to "sell the company" which i don't believe for a split second either. There has to be WAY more behind this.. I will find out, I get some pretty reliable information from a former employee of his who he also SCREWED over.
Composites Fab is just another one of those come and go companies... They came, they dicked people over, a couple people got what their products (Which i have heard aren't the best) and now they are gone, with trails of open invoices left, and pockets full of peoples money.

Last September I approached Dustin about building me a one-off bezel for my S2K cluster. I agreed to send him my cluster and he was going to use it to build a template so he could sell a bezel for all the other chassis' as well. As long as I paid for shipping and spread his name as much as I could, he would do it for free, as advertising. I've got pretty much the same run-around that everyone else has got. About 4 weeks ago he asked me for my address and I sent him payment for shipping, but I still haven't got my cluster back, so I'm out of about $400 when all is said and done. I've been a big supporter of his, but I've lost all faith now. At this point, I'd be ecstatic to just get my cluster back.

I agree.
He can't just disappear and not be held responsible. He owes a lot of people a lot of money. If this isn't resolved soon, I know for sure people will take legal action.
