Default A/C question.

When you do not have a/c in your car how do you survive in the rain? I am thinking about not installing the a/c when swapping in my new motor. I do not mind the heat but how about when it rains? Any tips out there for defogging your windows when it rains?

Thanks

Rolling your windows down a hair and wiping rain-x anti fog on you're windows.

Leave P/S off, keep a/c.

That's what I'd do.

How is it without P/S. I always thought that would be more important. Thanks for the tip about the anti-fog spray. Any recommendations to any brands?

Rain-x. They're the top of the line as far as I know. It's cheap and works well.

IMO small cars don't really need power steering.

My dx came with it, if I had the option to magically make it disappear I would.

yeah, if you get rid of P/S do it the right way. get a steering rack off of a civic with no P/S and swap it out for yours.

since you currently have no a/c you can get some window visors, then crack the window alittle to allow air flow. i did this before, but i can tell you from experience, having a/c is alot better, especially when you got a hot shorty in the passenger seat!
