Default NEEd help asap w my headlight fogging up!

any one know how to get this out of my headlight? i washed my car a few days ago and it didnt go away!! i got these headlights from password ..

Did you ever crack open your case? It looks like its an inside problem. I dont think wetsand or the toothpaste trick will save that. Have to crack them open to clean them then reseal them.

Blowdry the inside and after its dry, seal the outside with clear rtv silicone.

right now i got a desk fan on and the headlights tilted but i think the water is still gunna be in there... i called password right after i bought them cuz it did the same thing 2 days after i bought them and they told me that most type r's did this.. ? i told em to eat a dick... i hate em' but yea whats the best goo then?

i didnt open them its comming out ok. RTV silicon? so does that guarantee them not leaking anymore?

Well ask them whats the wtf diff. between base model civic headlight to type r ones?!?!? what did the use some weight saving glue to hold it together!!!
how about u and me go there and make them give you some new ones, or we take there left shoe and pee in it!!! wat u think

yeah, i agree that is bullshit. ctr headlights do not leak more than stocks...so thats a huge knock on password's customer service...but either way its a quick fix. just do what siyou later said.

I had a couple of ctr knockoff headlights and they all leaked like yours. What i found is that they all had a kind of a slit on them that seemed to be manufactured on them, and no i am not talking about the vents on the back. the slits were on the edge close to where the front and back are sealed together. just run your fingers over the clear front plastic part to find the hole, seal it up and youre good to go. what I did to dry them was take the headlights out and put a shop vac on the lightbulb hole and let the air blow through out the turn signal bulb hole. you dont have to unseal them.
