Default moisture in headlights

anyone has this problem?
I have some water moisture in one of my headlight
how do I get rid of it or clean it? isn't it supposed to be sealed?

if you're a do it yourself person...

and you know for a fact that there is no cracks in the plastic... you need to bake the headlight, take it apart and reseal it..

Definitely something worth fixing, cosmetically it looks soooo bad.
