Stay away from a puck clutch unless you are making gobs of power. They are a huge pain to drive on the street. But if all you use the car is for motorsports, a 6 puck is great.

im running a full act setup with the ACT extreme heavy duty pressure plate, ACT 6 puck unsprung disc, and ACT 7lb. flywheel and i love it. The clutch bites like a mother, some people complain about it being to aggressive but i drive the car on the daily and i got no complaints, but one things for sure, the pedals alot harder than a stocky

An unsprung six puck is not a clutch, it’s an on / off button. And not civil at all. Yes it’s cheap and effective but not fun.

Yea it pretty much is an on off switch but im use to race clutches so im fine with driving it on the daily, plus he said this was his track car so it doesn't matter if the clutch is rough, and in race conditions i think an on off switch is more ideal than a clutch thats easy on the driver

I just installed the action 2ms sprung ceramic puck clutch.in my b16a1 with 2000 hydraulic type r transmission . Action is the place that makes the extreme pressure plates for other companys. The clutch grabs instantly with just over 200 hp at 10000 rpm. and with a 5000 rpm launch with lsd and falkan Azinas.

IT has a really stiff pedal pressure due to the dual spring plates in the pressure plate. I would believe a "it holds a 500 hp launch" claim with this clutch. I've had a honda with that much hp.
