Default GSR ITB help

Hey guys i just got my car out.....b18c1 with ITB's....itr cams...skunk 2 cam gears....accel internal coil and wires....190 walbro pump....dsm injectors(blue)..chipped and socketed p28..and running a VAFC 1......now...it idles great at 800 rpm......drives fine.....when vtec engages at 4800 rpm......from 4800-6200 rpm you hear vtec but not that much pull with a tiny bogg..not really noticeable......after the 6200-8000 it pulls pretty hard.....a friend a mine helped me with the street tune with the VAFC....messed with the fuel to get it running right for daily drivability. Now what is the next step...taking it to dyno tune it for power through out the whole power band? what do you all recommend.....damn it feels like a noob question lol...but im new to the itb's.

I've never delt with ITB's , but one thing I can say is that the VTEC switch-over is way way too soon. It should be around 6k RPM with those cams.... your engine won't make any more power running VTEC that low. Hope this helps

why do you have a chipped ecu and a vafc? ditch the vafc and get real engine management for that ecu. you're already halfway there.

what kind of program does that chip have?

bet is because your ecu is still using map reference only instead of alpha-n; tps / map based.
