Default Clutch problem

2 weeks ago I installed a 1990 crx SI trans into my 1991 civic hatch DX it was fine for up until today.

On the way home from work I noticed the car was shaking or shuttering In gear with the clutch pushed in while at a stop. tried to adjust the adjustment screw to which it was fine for a little while but on the way home did the same thing.

Its hard to get into gear and only does the vibration/shutter with the car In gear (clutch in) when I pop it out of gear the vibration goes away.

Do I need to re-adjust the screw again or whats the deal? I did put in a new clutch when swapping the trans (Im sure autozone doesn't sell the best clutch) But any ideas on whats Up?

And not sure if its related to the problem at hand but when costing down I'll put into 2nd gear at 30mph (clutch fully engaged) it will grind, I dont put it into 2nd at 30 anymore but it shouldnt do that should it, the clutch IS fully depressed.

Any help would be great
Dave
