Default brakes changing idle

I have a crx with b16,I noticed my idle was way lower than usual today, under 500 rpm and when stopped if I push my brake pedal it drops even lower than goes back up when I let off. Anyone had this problem before?Thought it was going to kill a few time but didn't.

Sounds like you got a vacuum leak somewhere.

would that be on the intake manifold?

I've noticed my ZC doing the same thing. I will be interested to hear some insight on this problem.

It could be any of your vacuum lines that would cause this. But yes, I think all/most connect to the back of the intake manifold

Yep, there is a large (about 1" diameter) vacuum hose running from the far driver's side of the back of your intake manifold to the power booster on the firewall. The whole vacuum system is intertwined.

There should be a check valve in the line that goes to the brake booster.

I'd try replacing that first.
