1999 civic is the car. Everytime i pump gas it hella smells like gas inside the car. I thought it was the fuel pump so i changed it. But it still smells hella strong like gas. It's only when i pump over a gallon of gas in my car. Somebody help me. Thanks ahead

i have no clue, maybe its like a pin hole leak up top or maybe its just a shitty gas station?
