96-00 hatches how many swap in front LCA/Sways
i was wondering how many people do it and if its worth it...i have trouble finding people selling EX/SI front LCA with sway bars and endlinks..
i plan on the 22mm/ASR rear combo so i was wondering if it was worth it to balance it out with the front.

i don't think they make front lca for ek's. iv'e seen the ones for eg's from omni, but nothing for ek's. probably because of their design. the front should be fine though

you have to use either 92-00 EX coupe Front LCA
or
you can use 99=00 Si Front LCA or CTR Front LCA but with these you can ONLY uses their sway bars.

well the problem is there is no mounting points for the DX FLCA which is why you have to sway in one that does.

I know, I have a set of the Suspension Technique sway bar kit on my hatch.
The Suspension Technique front sway bar kit (for Civics without OE bar), comes with brackets to hook up onto the front LCAs.

Don't remember where I got it off from, but Options has it for $174. You might be able to find it elsewhere for cheaper.

Though, I don't think that picture is accurate. Doesn't show the mounting bracket, and mine was in grey not green.
I guess if you can find a EX or Si front LCA/sway bar setup for cheaper than that it would be a steal. If you go for the Si/CTR setup, you will need the shock forks as well. Which makes a complete Si/CTR setup a little more rare to come by than the EX.
With the ST sway bar, you just disconnect the shift linkage to slip it on and then the rest is non-hassling bolt ons. The less I have to take off, the less chance of me screwing something up.

im currently using 99-00 Civic Si Front Sway Bar (26MM) & Front LCA & Forks gotta love the understeer since i have no rear sway bay, but i love the bar in general, i feel like my car drive alot smoother in a straight line, and when i launch, it to steer to one side, and now it just straight
the best bet is to find it at a salvage yard...i got mine all for $100 or $120...the only bad part was i had broken endlinks...and i could only get them at the dealership...and it was expensive...i think i paid $50 a pop...
that hurt me the most.

Omni makes front lca's for the ek now. They just came out a short while ago. Password sells them. They cost $400 tho.
If you get the Suspension Tech swaybar kit it does come with the mounts so you wouldn't have to swap lcas.
