Hello, my 97 dx hatch has a obd1 gsr swap and I am using obd2 to 1 conversion harness running a p28 chipped. I am wondering if its possible to use the stock ecu, The P2E obd2 ecu on the engine just to pass inspection? I am having problems with inspection and they said if i can run the stock ecu that came with the car, it will pass. any thoughts?

 

Itll throw a code and run like ***. Other then that you could use the ecu

 

wondering what code will it throw... I have no other choice bc I can't get my car inspected..
