Default Aftermarket LCA's???

I have seen many a DC or EK and even a DA with Omni or Blox rear LCA's. What does an EF Sedan owner have to do to be able to run these?? I am not into Auto-X, but I want to do some suspension mods.

What are my choices???

lol. hello from another forum blanket!

since your car is an 88, i would grab some 89-91 stock ones. this way you can get some good struts for the rear. the main thing you gain from going aftermarket is weight and appearence

What is the difference in the rear struts on the 90-91's??

I want some appearance but I also want my car to handle a little better.

Also, I am bidding on a set of EF Skunk 2 full coilovers on Ebay. Do I need to mod anything?? Will they just replace the strut/sleeves I have right now or do I have to get more **** for my car in order to run these coilovers.

But is the suspension on the hatch and the sedan exactly the same??? I don't want to be out a couple hundred bucks if they aren't.

eg lca's work fine in the rear and are the same size

the da and dc ones are a little longer and will give you a tad more negative camber

Just something a little better than stock. I am not going to Auto X, but I want aftermarket suspension parts.

For the bushings, would Suspension Techniques be best or who would you prefer??

Upper control arms for the front, Lower Control arms for the rear, a nice Strut tower bar for the front and rear, and some nice sway bars, front and rear.

I have been looking into getting a PWJDM Front Strut bar, the triangle bar. I also found a Primo rear bar for an EF hatch...will that work or not?

i went with prothane there cheap and easy to do if you have a sawzall and tourch

as far as the strut tower bars they work but its more bling effect i dont think it would help as much as bushings but hell its on my to do list to so go for it they look nice

for the front do the skunks but tighten them good i have heared of them slipping
and for the rear lca the blox are cheap as hell but i would go PIC there a local company and have as far as around here its a lifetime warrenty im not sure if its for every one but all the locals seem to get that http://picperformance.com/stor...t=109

verry nice we have them on my buddys eg i think they look baller

to bad you cant see them on a ef since the exhuast blocks them

maybe a mugen traling arm bushing since its probly trashed its better then stock cheaper and not to hard that your ride quality goes to ****.

for sway bars pull them of a 92 integra sedan and then get like some function7 endlinks for the rear and prothane endlinks for the front

Cool. Thanks.

As for not being able to see the parts under the car because of the exhaust, I am going to have a magnaflow muffler stuffed up as far away from sight as I can. I cannot stand looking at my car from behind and seeing my muffler. I want cleanliness.

I am also trying to figure out what rear lip I can run without it looking gawdy.

Anyone else with some input??

i believe you can use an SI lip or a DA lip for the rear, modified of course.
mfactory, stock, or function 7 LCAs for the rear. if i remember correctly, only blox is making front LCAs at this time, but not for the EF.
