me either.....i mean i took an 88-91 si harness complete and swaped the whiole entire car harness.....so i mean it should b hitting atleast 7200....i am trying to get another si dizzy to se if that helps
the pm6 should only go up to about 6500 anyways. a pm7 would be a little more aggressive. now if you want straight up raw go with a pr4 from a 89-90 integra. maybe its just me but at about 4500 it feels like my motor just stop producing power. with the pr4 you redline at 7000 and build power all the way through.

Hmm... That's generally not recommended.

+1.
iirc the stock redline on a pm6 is 6800.. have you checked your wiring and grounds.

dont go and start plugging in DOHC ecu's. if you want more power, go woth some bolt ons and tune the pm6.
the car isnt going to run right. too much fuel and the wrong timing does not equal useful power

well see i have a sohc vtec,im using a rpm switch to activate vtec and stock ecu.
would the integra ecu be better then the one im using.
i have the complete manifold, and distro that came with my motor..
but i wasnt planning on upgrading to obd1 just yet....

well thanks alot.....i was thinkin the head was junk too....but i was just pissing around saturday b4 the races switched the cam out with a single cam zc cam and BANG it is dead on the way it should b......went out and made it from 16th-5th in 11 laps and was taken out **** but it goes likie snot now guys thanks for suggestions!
The question is will you really be making that much power up there anyways, people always want to take away rev limits "I understand in your case", but seriously are you really going to want a greater chance of breakdown, for a little more power??? Unless this is of course a race car
