I emailed the guys at hondamotorsonline.com to see how much it would cost to buy a complete b18b swap (with LS tranny) from them (I have an auto now, so this would include clutch pedal, master/slave cylinders, etc).

So my question is "How much is too much?" I want to know what to expect.

Also, how much with a GSR tranny instead of the LS?

no no no, you want to convert to manual. i dont think he sells the parts you need. (pedal, resivor, etc)

You're better off checking out the junkyard. If you buy all the parts you need NEW, you're looking at a couple hundred bucks. I'm not sure if Steve sells all the parts for an auto-manual changeover. But I would definitely call him, not email.
