Default Need help with my siren

How would I wire these siren wires

To these two wires

The siren came with the alarm so it should just wire up. After the siren was cut the alarm stopped working. Any help would be nice. thanks

First take the siren out of the engine bay and put it in the fender before your car gets stolen again. Its is in a easy spot to get to. Look for yourself. the wire is right there. all they are going to do is just cut it. Next what kind of alarm is it.

That is not the siren that comes with the Python 750 alarm, it comes with the standard DEI 514T, "Revenger" soft chirp siren.

You have what may be a backup batt. siren, try this, connect the sirens red to batt. pos.(+) and ground the black with the ring connector, if the siren works, connect those two leads to the two you are holding, red-red black-black.

If the siren does not go off when you connect the red to the batt. and ground the black one, leave them connected and one by one touch the green and blue leads to ground, if one of them triggers the siren, cap it off and touch the other to 12V+, if the siren triggers connect it to the red lead you are holding, the black lead with the ring connector can connect to the black lead you are holding, the red one on the siren must stay connected to 12V+ constant.
the 2 thinner black leads are probably for a remote on/off switch for the back up batt., if thats what it is. 94

okay i tried that and the siren didnt turn on. so it aint this correct?

If the siren does not go off when you connect the red to the batt. and ground the black one, leave them connected.
okay so i also tried this and when i toched the green wire to the ground the siren turned on. and when i touched the blue wire to + and it also turned the siren on.

i didnt really understand what else i was suppose to do...?

That's a backup siren.

Purple wire is a positive trigger and is not used.

Green is your negative trigger to connect to a negative trigger input on your alarm.

I don't know what those little grey wires are.

It could be that the battery has gone dead or the key is turned off. Do you see a little key hole shaped like a Q?

Actually Hatch it's the other way around, [haven't had your coffee yet?] the green neg.(-) is not used, the blue, [purple] pos.(+) trigger is, siren output on a Python 750, [H1/10 brown] is pos.(+).

Thizzed Out connect the blue siren lead to the red lead you are holding, connect the black siren lead, [with ring terminal] the the black lead you are holding, or leave it grounded to the batt. or chassis, the red siren lead you have connected to the batt. may or may not be needed, id the backup batt. in the siren is defective.

The 2 thin black leads are probably a "loop" that has been cut, possibly for "soft chirp" function. 94

or, you can say just fak it and get some peizo sirens and hide them, they are alot easier to wire, hide and really really annoying..

if you are going to put the siren in the engine bay.. make sure u add a fuse down the line.. so if it ever is ground shorted.. the fuse will blow and your "backup" sirens won't cut out...

learned that the hard way...

Good catch sensei! I hadn't smoked my morning crack yet. I was thinking alarm triggers for some reason. Haven't done a backup siren in so long since I adamandtly oppose them in favor of the DEI 520T.

I don't drink coffee.
