Default help please

i have a tech question, i put in a gsr head on my ls block, and i put on a skunk2 manifold, now theres a vacuum line in the back of the maifold that goes no where but when i plug it then my motor dies, and it runs when the line is not pluged. i didnt do the install cause i had the motor all re-built,
its the inlet on the back near the fire wall beside the inlet with a 90 bend that goes to the brake booster. if anyone has any idea it would help me. please and thanks

(so the hose is pointing towards the firewall)

It sounds like the hole is a vacuum leak. Since the car stalls with it properly plugged, you more than likely need to set your base idle. There is an adjustment screw on the throttle body.

You will most likely need to open the idle screw more.

Have you tried to start the car with the vacuum connection blocked? Sometimes if you suddenly block a vacuum leak the engine will stall.
